I don't know why I didn't like this book more, perhaps because I was expecting something along the lines of the [b:All the Queen's Men|420738|All the Queen's Men (CIA Spies, #2)|Linda Howard|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1298807616s/420738.jpg|3242724].
This was a good suspense romantic/thriller, and the characters were good.... but it just wasn't up to par (in my opinion) with the other amazing books that Linda Howard has written.
Glad I read it because it really was a good story to get lost in.
